For those of you able to tolerate a 2% salicylic acid cleanser on your skin, this is a great product to test. I use it in the evenings in combination with the Acne Clearing Toner and the Acne moisturizer and it cleans without over drying my skin. I’ve had wonderful results and plan to keep a regular stock of this product so that I’m never out.
If using the Advantage Cleanser is causing more breakouts (as it has with a few people I know), your skin may not be able to tolerate this level of salicylic acid. The Foaming Cleansers (Oil Free or Sensitive Skin formulas), in combination with a toner containing either .5% or 1% salicylic acid might be the way to go. Also, don’t overwash your face.
